2010

In December 2010 Christmas programme was organised at the local church in Anaivelunthan area, kilinochchi, Northern Province of Sri Lanka. About 50 Children along with their parents from war affected areas were gathered. Good News was preached and christmas gifts were given to children.

2011

Two days Christmas gospel outreach took place in Udaiyarkattu and Kilinochchi on 20 & 21 December 2011, in Northern Province of Sri Lanka. More than 500 people came and heard the gospel of Christ and about 200 children were given Christmas gifts.

Supporting Gospel Workers

HGM believes that preaching is crucial in evangelism. How will they hear if the word of God is not preached…Romans 10:14 says “How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?”

Gospel worker is given a monthly support of £10.00 but this may not be sufficient according to their needs. HGM is trying to increase the support and praying for this need to be met.
